Blue Dolphin Publishing

Letter from the Publisher

Dear Friends,

Many people ask, "Why Blue Dolphin"? At first, we were protesting dolphins being caught in tuna nets. We also knew that the first printer in Italy, Aldus, used a dolphin coiled around an anchor for his logo, and that from early days, dolphins were known as "saviors" by rescuing drowning mariners in the Mediterranean. In addition, dolphins roam all the oceans of the world and represent for us, symbolically, a melding of the world's cultures.

When we began publishing, we wanted to produce books that would help ourselves and other people delve more deeply into who we are and what our life is about. But we don't just publish books; we publish authors. Each author represents for us the privilege of getting to know a new friend.

We appreciate your support and welcome your suggestions. If there are topics about which you would like to see more books published, please let us know.

Wishing you all Peace, Health, and Happiness,
Paul and Nancy Clemens
